Hey Mark,
In case you ever run out of things to do, here's a crazy idea.. Wouldn't it be cool to have a vote function in SWAT 4 v1.0 ?
I'm probably stretching things a little bit but allow me to share some thoughts..
Maybe it could be done by text-based voting. A player would have to write for example "vote nextmap" in the chat.
Your mod would detect this and then all players receive a message something like: "VOTE: Do you wish to change to the next map? Write YES or NO in the chat"
Each player then has like 30 seconds to cast his/her vote by writing YES or NO (case-insensitive) in the chat.
In order to pass the vote, more than 50% of the players have to write YES.
Besides voting for the next map, players could also call a vote for using ForcedCustomSet and such fun things.
The options available to vote for could be specified in the Swat4DedicatedServer.ini file, giving server admins some flexibility.
That's the idea, basically. Let me know if any of this is even remotely feasible ;D

hey, yes, map votes are a very good idea, but for the rest (kick-votes, forcecustomset-votes), i've seen people misusing the kick vote system on stetchkov servers, so, when you really integrate such options, mark, would be cool if you let us also turn votes off if we like with a enablevotes=false or something thx in advance

good points indeed. When i'll add this, i'll make a variable where admins can decide what is voteable and what's not.
